Yoga Nidra is a gentle yet profound meditation practice that guides you into a state of deep relaxation while maintaining inner awareness - perfect for managing the demands of daily life. During this session, you'll be comfortably supported on a yoga mat as you are guided through a structured journey of relaxation. The practice moves progressively through different stages, beginning with breath awareness and flowing into gentle body scanning and peaceful visualizations. This systematic approach helps ease your mind from its usual active state into increasingly deeper levels of relaxation. This practice is particularly beneficial for: - Reducing stress and anxiety - Improving sleep quality - Supporting overall mental well-being - Deepening your mind-body connection - Creating space for mental clarity and restoration Whether you're new to meditation or have an established practice, yoga Nidra offers a uniquely restorative experience. The class size is small to ensure a peaceful, intimate atmosphere where everyone can fully relax. *Please wear comfortable clothing that will help you feel cozy (like an extra layer or your favorite socks) and bring a mat, blanket and pillow with you.
